First Capital Connect, Day Save Tickets.
We sell First Capital Connect off peak Day Save Tickets.
- These tickets allow unlimited travel along the Thameslink line.
- They can be used only on the one-day shown on the ticket. Tickets will be valid from 09:30Monday to Fridays and all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
- Tickets are not valid on services departing from zone B between 16:30 and 19:01.
- Tickets can be bought for travel up to 3 months in advance of the date of travel. They must be dated at the time of purchase.
- These tickets can only be purchased at selected Tourist / Visitor information centres or at the one stop travel shop in Brighton.
- Group ticket holders must travel together.
- Children £1 ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult. (No more than 4 children's tickets can be sold to one adult).
- Full refunds can only be given prior to the day of travel and on presentation of an unspoilt ticket.
- Requests for refunds for any reason after travel has taken place, for example because disruptions or delays were experienced, can only be made by writing, to First Capital Connect Customer Relations. Please enclose the ticket (or a copy) with your correspondence.
