A new homes development in Dunstable is drawing to a close with the release of the last few properties for sale, including a stunning three bedroomed home ready to make someone’s Christmas wishes come true.

Kyngshouton, on Bedford Road, Houghton Regis, is a collection of three and four bedroom houses created by Persimmon Homes.

Claire Dearsley, head of sales at Persimmon Midlands, said: “Houghton Regis is a popular place to live and the modern homes we have provided here have been warmly welcomed by local buyers.

“We now have just seven remaining, including a charming double-fronted Knightsbridge house which is ready to move into for Christmas and which we are sure will be quickly snapped up.”

The Knightsbridge three/four bedroom detached house includes a spacious lounge, separate dining room and open-plan family kitchen leading out to the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en suite, three further bedrooms – one of which could be used as a study – and a family bathroom.

The house is available for £392,500* with the option of accessing the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which only requires a five per cent deposit.

Claire added: “Anyone with an existing home to sell can ask us about our Part Exchange package, which could save a considerable time and money for anyone looking to move quickly.

“If eligible, we would buy the old house, meaning there is no buying chain and no estate agent fees. In addition, we will include flooring throughout the house and £5,000 towards stamp duty.”
