I have bought many items during my lifetime but have never received better service than from this company. Delivery time was as promised when everything was explained in detail. I a delighted with the performance of the TGA Supersport mobility scooter and thank Balba for his expertise and courtesy

Elegy For Jane (My Student, Thrown by a Horse) by Theodore RoethkeIn his poem, Theodore Roethke wrote a unique elegy for his stdenut Jane, who died from falling off a horse, according to the subtitle. Elegies are supposed to be a lament for the dead and they typically have a somber tone. But this poem is a little humorous, which undermines Roethke’s mourning, though I wouldn’t say it does so completely. It is almost as if he has lost a pet, as he compares her to animals, so she loses her human quality. Her smile is like a pickerel’s smile, a funny-looking fish. I don’t believe anyone would want to their smile to be thought of as a fish’s “smile”, when in reality a fish’s mouth gapes. Besides fish, he compares her to birds, “A wren, happy, tail into the wind” and calling her “My sparrow…” She was also very in tune with nature, where the “…shade sang with her;/The leaves, their whispers turned to kissing;/And the mold sang in the bleached valleys under the rose.” This first stanza starts off light, describing the times Jane was happy. The second stanza is shorter, but evokes the melancholy and loneliness she must have felt when she was alive. In this stanza, he describes other another animal-like behaviors, “Scraping her cheek against straw;/Stirring the clearest water” when she was sad, and it sounds like something a horse would do. In the last two stanzas, the poet begins to share his pain for her death and he cannot appreciate nature anymore without her alive: “The sides of wet stones cannot console me/Nor the moss, wound with the last light.” When standing at her grave, he spoke of his love, writing that he had “no rights in this matter.” As I stated before, he saw her like a pet or an animal, for he ends with “Neither father nor lover.” Jane was a stdenut he found curious and he admired her for her qualities that echoed nature.

Went to the Dolly Parton night and had a great time.

Good food, entertainment and we even got to dance the night away after dinner.

A fun evening out all in one place.

Comida Brasil

Absolutely fantastic cafe. Very friendly service, tremendous food. We stopped off here on our way up the M1 and were pleasantly very surprised by the indoor market full of multi-national cafes and food shops. Having lived in Brazil we of course chose Comida Brasil which was very welcoming. We had Feijoada (of course), Vaca Atolada (spicy beef) and Moqueca de Peixe (rice and fish), each of which was excellent. We also sampled Frango e Queijo (cheese and chicken croquets), Pao de Queijo (Cheese Breads). Even got a really good cup of tea!

All in all, this is great value (4.50-4.95 per main course) food, a must visit cafe if you are anywhere nearby!

I had the Feijoada, my wife had the Moqueca. Both were simply delicious. Worthy of a top London Restaurant. Will be back again and again.

Really dirty!
Glasses were so disgusting that they had food stuck on them. My glass still had the print of someone's lips on them.
No fresh juice was available.

Worst of all my husband found a hair in his food, it wasn't his as he doesn't have any hair! He was offered a voucher for his next visit but no way will we be going back.

That was our first and last visit.
